Air Quality

The Philippine Clean Air Act mainly governs the management of air quality in the country through the DENR-EMB. Air quality management in the Philippines starts with regulating the equipment and machine installations through a permitting system up to monitoring of the actual emissions.

Several collaborations between government agencies, including people organizations, have been formed to effectively enforce the air quality management laws and monitor air quality.
